We found these guys to be punctual, honest and capable, and very focused on customer satisfaction. They offered very helpful suggestions to address our needs that were at a lower price point than we expected. Their technology makes it easy to visualize the final deliverable and the differences among options. The owner, Paul, was very honest with us about the solutions he thought would work best and we ended up selecting one of them we hadn't originally considered but that was easier on our budget. It was a very good experience all-around and we'll definitely call Defender back for additional work when we have a need.
